Ryan and Tiffany Postma

Part of God's Plan
Ryan and Tiffany Postma began to hear God's calling before they actually met. Both come from missionary families, so ministry and missions were very prominent in their homes growing up. Tiffany lived in a Latin American country from the time she was 7 until she was 18. She felt strongly that she would want to return someday with her own family. Ryan has felt God calling him to do missions since he was in college.
In January 2007 Ryan and Tiffany were expecting their second child and had just finished a big house project. They were convinced that they would be in their home a long time when they learned about a position with Worldwide Christian Schools (WWCS) in Nicaragua.
At first they wrestled with the decision to apply, but then decided that God would let them know His will for their lives. Soon it became very clear as God sent people to encourage them and assure them that He was indeed the mastermind behind this opportunity. Tiffany said, "As we accept this calling with open arms, we believe wholeheartedly that God wants us in Nicaragua."
In their Own Words
"We are excited to be able to be part of the Worldwide Christian Schools family. We believe strongly in their commitment to help Nicaraguan children have access to affordable Christian education. It is through these schools that Nicaraguan children will gain hope for a better future and learn that God loves them and calls them to be His children. As we look at what lies ahead for our family, we look forward to the challenges and the opportunity to grow in the grace and the love of Jesus Christ."
"Our hope is that we will be able the share our experiences in Nicaragua with you more personally. Participating on a HANDS mission team is a great opportunity to serve and learn about God's kingdom and grow spiritually. We ask that you continually lift up our family and Worldwide Christian Schools in your prayers. We thank God that He is in control and that we can be a small part of His plan." - Ryan & Tiffany Postma
