Katsina Ala Christian Secondary School
About Nigeria: The country of Nigeria is the largest and most populated country in black Africa. It lies in the sub-region of West Africa. Two main rivers, the Niger River and Benue River, drain it. The country received her name Nigeria from the Niger River, which is the biggest river in the country. Nigeria is divided into 36 states of which Benue State, where we belong, is one of them. Nigeria is a country with many ethnic tribes, over two hundred. This is simply because this part of Africa was colonized by Britain so we now speak and learn English as our language of instruction. Any person in Nigeria who has gone through the normal system of education in Nigeria knows the ABC's of English.
School Profile: Katsina Ala Christian Secondary School is a day school system. The staff and children attend classes only during the day and reside in their respective homes.
