New Village School Friends

New Village is a network of school-to-school partnerships forged with the goal of sharing ideas, resources, culture and friendship. New Village helps students and teachers think of themselves as citizens of the world and equal members of God’s global community.

Your Sister School Relationship

The New Village blogsite hosts a worldwide online community where program highlights and ideas are shared with all New Village schools. 

Sister schools exchange photos, stories, artwork, prayer requests and video of school life and culture throughout the year.

Classes correspond at least once a month through the online blog platform managed by WWCS.

Additional ways to get involved

Schools may choose to sponsor their sister school through the WWCS Sponsor a School program.  Sponsorship is a minimum commitment of $300 USD annual support, and really adds up when each student commits to donate $1-2 a month!

Schools may host visiting teams of teachers, parents or students from one school to another through the WWCS sponsored trips.

When a school wants to send a financial donation to its sister school, WWCS manages the disbursement to the partner school.  Schools commit to use WWCS as a project donation mediator.  WWCS employs local, indigenous staff to oversee partner schools.  Partner schools are accountable to WWCS for financial and leadership oversight and reporting.
