Scott provides leadership for the WWCS Staff and is accountable to the WWCS Board of Directors, currently comprised of five members.  Scott leads the WWCS All People Campaign for mission delivery funding and growth.

Dale Dieleman, Field Development Director for Africa, Europe, and North America

Dale develops indigenous leadership in Africa, Europe & North America who work to accomplish the WWCS vision.  He develops valuable partnerships with indigenous organizations, administrators and teachers.  Dale also oversees the WWCS My Own Bible fund-raising program.

Steven Geurink, Field Development Director for Central America and the Caribbean

Steve develops indigenous leadership in Central America & the Caribbean who work to accomplish the WWCS vision.  This involves identifying and working with field partners and Christian Schools in the areas of School Improvement Process (SIP), teacher training and the construction of school facilities through donor funds and HANDS Mission Teams, part of the WWCS Build-a-School program. 

Field Development Director for Asia, South America & the Pacific

The WWCS field development director for Asia, South America & the Pacific develops indigenous leadership in those regions who work to accomplish the WWCS vision.  The field director oversees the staff of WWCS-India, led by an executive director and steering committee.  The field director also oversees the WWCS Lunch Money fund-raising program in India.

Dr. Gloria Stronks, Director of Continuing Education for Teachers

Gloria leads continuing education for teachers in the field.  She shares her expertise at WWCS training conferences around the globe.  To learn more about Gloria and her work with Worldwide Christian Schools, read Gloria’s Blog .

Emily Klooster, Communications Director

Emily takes care of communications coordination and marketing strategy.  She designs promotional materials, maintains the website at wwcs.org, and is the editor of the WWCS news magazine The Calling.

Karen Hilverda, Finance Director

Karen manages donor receipting, project fund disbursement, and vendor relations.

Kim Greer, Bookkeeper

Kim works on financial statements, conducts project analysis and takes care of payroll. 

Elaine Helmus, Sponsor-a-School Coordinator

Elaine gathers information from schools involved in the WWCS Sponsor-a-School program and keeps Sponsors informed. 

Holly Aungst, Database Manager

Holly manages the WWCS database, entering donations and keeping information up-to-date. 

Ryan and Tiffany Postma, WWCS Nicaragua Team Coordinators

Ryan and Tiffany coordinate HANDS Mission Teams to Nicaragua, part of the WWCS Build-a-School program.  They serve as mediators between the teams and Nicaraguan field partners. 

Carlos Hernandez, WWCS Regional Representative in Honduras

Carlos oversees WWCS school projects in Honduras, Central America.
