Haiti - WWCS Response

As the world continues to respond to the devastating earthquake in Haiti, Worldwide Christian Schools (WWCS) is reminding our supporters that now is the time for prayer and action.

• Pray for the injured
• Pray for the relief workers
• Pray for those who have lost loved ones
• Pray that nations, leaders and people will respond to this tragedy
• Pray for God to reveal how he wants you to respond

WWCS is not a first responder agency; our focus is on providing access to Christ-centered education.  At this moment, it is impossible to know which schools need help, or even when we should get involved.  However, we expect this information to become available in the near future as we currently have a representative surveying damage and establishing the groundwork for rebuilding efforts in Haiti's Christian schools.

Our Haitian partner, CRECH, reports losses to its school building and staff homes, but thankfully reports no casualties among the staff.  They are eagerly anticipating and requesting assistance as they attempt to rebuild.  

Please let us know if you, your church or school are interested in helping to be a part of the rebuilding efforts. We are currently assembling a database of individuals who wish to help, either through HANDS mission teams or other opportunities.  If you are interested please, complete this short volunteer form.
